For the price, you get standard basic facilities to sleep and shower which is good. Its nearby an indian restaurant and a a few grocer/marts which is convenient. Free parking is ample but if many people, may need to park further.

Everything is nice , comfortable and above expectations with the price i pay...the room is clean. Will definitely stay here again if i come to LUMUT... I love it..

Staff really friendly! I do have problem with aircon and then she helping me how to adjust aircon remote Everything was great,love it! Surely will repeat soon~

The overall place is clean and the location is really close the the Marina Island and Pantai Teluk Batik. There are 99speedmart and 7eleven beside the hotel which is really convenient.

Few convenience store nearby and mamak beside..good and strategic place....burger stall also in front...so no food issues especially at late night... recommended

Comfy mattress. Clean room. Spacious. We booked 2 kingsized bed. However the air cond in that room wasnt working so they bumped us up to 3 king sized bed for 5 of us! Air cond working perfectly. Water heater too. Tv is huge. But we came for bussiness so we spent like 10mins watching tv. Basic channels. But not a huge problem for us. Hot water dispenser is provided right outside the room. Im not sure where they put iron room is but i definitely going out with wrinkle on my shawl, which, im not fond of. Never go hungry because theres plenty of kedai makan here and there just a walking distance to this hotel. 7e is right beside this hotel. The only downsize is no elevator. Had to bring our big bag to third floor. I almost broke my knee cap. Would be lovely if they provided a lift. Not recommended for disable person or elderly. Will i come here again? Definitely. Need to install bionic kneecap first. Huhu. Then again. Thumbs up to the hotel.

The room was super clean with basic amenities. The front counter operates 24hr. Still smile even I arrived at 1am in the morning. Just next to 7E
